BMF Port Burgas EAD is a private-owned port operator of terminal Burgas East 2 and terminal Burgas West, part of the national public port of Burgas. BMF Port Burgas EAD has successfully implemented and applies at the moment latest versions of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. From 2015 the Company holds a Certificate of conformity of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gases) measuring system with Directive 2004/22/EC on Measuring Instruments (MID) issued by the Czech Metrological Institute. The company meets the requirements of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) BMF Port Burgas EAD is member of the corporate group of Advance Properties OOD, Sofia. BMF Port Burgas EAD offers individual solutions to its customers containing high quality services at each step of the transport and cargo handling. The facilities available at the port enable both terminals to practically handle any type of bulk and general cargo, containers and trailers, as well as liquid cargo at the specialized berth #20A. Loading and unloading services include discharge and loading of sea vessels and road vehicles. Auxiliary services include lashing and unlashing of cargo, towage, sorting, and fumigation of rail cars, opening and closing of hatches, separation, palletizing and de-palletizing, containerization and de-containerization, sweeping, washing, covering, application of anti-freeze agents. BMF Port Burgas EAD provides also the following services: - Carriage and forwarding services related to issuance and execution of documents; - Power supply, rental and repair of handling equipment and dock fenders, water supply, and phone line installation etc; - Technical services and consultancy – the Company has a skilled and highly qualified staff of stevedores, machine operators, tallymen,etc. The following services are offered on the territory of both terminals: acceptance and treatment of domestic waste and waste oil from vessels by duly licensed specialized companies.
