This is a unique collection of 3,000 natural forms of stone and wood. Over 30 years collection from riverbanks and forests of Bulgaria. A small part of the collection is exposed in the museum of stone and wood in Plovdiv-BULGARIA. Some rock formations are millions of years old, while others are the result of the modern game of wind and water: • In 1997 the collection was presented at the international exhibition "ENECO" - Plovdiv • In 1999, from 31 March to 03 April, the museum participated in the international exhibition "WOOD AND LIFE" - Sofia, BULGARIA. • In 1999, "Terra fiction" is an event of the European Cultural Month. On the central square of the city in specially built village from wood, were shown the exhibits of the museum. For one month exhibition was attended by about 5700 people. • Part of the exhibits for the last eight years are displayed in six broadcasts on Bulgaria National Television and several exhibitions in Plovdiv and Sofia. The exhibition area is 50 square meters and total area of storage is 200 square meters. The museum has an owner, director and one officer. Visits are free but can take place only after the appointment. The fund contains works of over 50 species of trees, often in a composition are added elements of 5-10 species of wood.
