It works as a background application. Volock is integrated with Quizlet that enables users to use more than 1 million premade flashcards. The application uses a logarithm to track down the words that users typically make mistakes on and display them more often than others. Users create a list of words that they aim to learn and input them in the app with their meanings. Sets of vocabulary can be organized in numerous decks. Once a deck is chosen, the words (vocabulary flash cards) will be used as the password to access your phone. This will prompt users to type the correct answer to the vocabulary word in order to unlock their phone. If the user is unable to remember the word or has to use his phone urgently, there is a skip button that will flip the flashcard and show the definition of the word before proceeding. Volockers have the ability to choose the length of their study session. For example ,100 repetitions per deck of 10 words. Volock users will gain points for correctly answering flashcards and lose points for incorrect answers. After each session a high score will be calculated and a Volock Diploma will be issued. In order to pass your "exam", you will need to get at least 60%. Otherwise, you will be advised to repeat the deck.
