Read and write reviews about Holiday Heroes. • Our mission this Christmas: To make the holiday season brighter for 5 000 Bulgarian families in need this Christmas! • Our aim: The aim of the association is to support the socially disadvantaged, the disabled, and families in need, as well as to encourage charity and organize campaigns at national and Christian holidays. • Who are we: Holiday Heroes is a charity campaign focused on helping thousands of Bulgarian families in need trapped in the battle with poverty and unable to spend even the most treasurable holidays in happiness. The initiative is striving to give them the hope for a better life and let them enjoy the holidays at the fullest – packed in a big box, filled with love by hundreds of volunteers, both ordinary citizens and celebrities, and consisting of everything needed for a real, warm holiday, away from all troubles. • Our history: Holiday Heroes was launched in 2012 to fill a former gap in the corporate social responsibility culture in Bulgarian entrepreneurship. Since then, a lot has been achieved. The association already carried out seven campaigns, as a result of which in the past three years several thousand Bulgarians had the chance to experience happier Christmas and Easter holidays. • Our Holiday Heroes: More than 50 Bulgarian celebrities have been sustainably supporting the cause and, along with hundreds of volunteers, have represented the cause in local media, during charity concerts and auctions or were wrapping the holiday boxes; also personally visiting the families in need.
