After running a few businesses, in Sofia-Bulgaria, he was dealing with coffee, many suppliers and constantly changes in the taste or in quality. At that point, he realized that coffee was his passion. He figured it out that what clients look for is freshness in the coffee, support, reliable partner, where the quality is the center of the customer service process. Based on that, Vladimir created Martines Caffe, in order to provide to the clients freshly roasted coffee, diversity and the most important for him, a complete satisfaction in taste and service, with a close relationship, understanding and human touch After naming the company with the mix of his daughter’s names, Martina and Anes, he worked hard to learn and preserve the traditional roasting process, as his aim was to provide the quality, not only in the service as well as in the coffee.
