Renergy designs renewable energy projects and supports EPC companies to deliver turnkey power plants globally. Our team has designed 70+ utility scale projects exceeding 1,5 GW in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. SCOPE OF SERVICES (1) Execution and Bid Design Renergy elaborates all parts of a detailed design package needed for construction - layouts, details, calculations & reports, bill-of-materials (BoM), as-built documentation. Our design teams are able to act on a short notice and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Renergy can provide on-demand support for producing bid design documentation within the clients' templates - preliminary conceptual layouts and simulations, single line diagrams, indicative BoM etc. (2) Technical advisory & procurement Renergy provides technical consultancy and procurement support, including: structuring a uniform RFQ procedure, evaluating suppliers and short-listing BOS / EPC contractors. MODELS OF ENGAGEMENT Different companies have different needs. That is why we have set up three models of engagement that cover most cases. (i) Engineering-On-Demand The client defines Scope of Works for a given project and Renergy delivers in a certain amount of working hours, remunerated at a mutually agreed rate. (ii) Outsourced (Extended) Team For long-term assignments Renergy dedicates a selected team of experts. Renergy is able to build up teams that match the specific needs of our clients for a certain assignment or period of time. (iii) Fixed Price The client defines a fixed Scope of Works and requires a fixed budget for a set of deliverables. Possible amendments are capped at a certain level.
