Somewhere on the way we lost our perspective and started making things more and more complicated. The total digitalization that occurred in the last few years, added some false promises for "process optimization"​ and "less worries"​, when in reality, everything got even more complicated... At Virtoni.com we believe that “digital"​ can and should make life easier. Otherwise, why does it exist?! However, to do so, it needs to be made for normal people! So that no matter if you are a technician, an entrepreneur, a psychologist, an actor or an art person, you could actually use it to make your life easier... But how do we measure "Easy"​ and "Easier"​ ? For us it is a combination of 5 factors: 1) Time spend for a specific task 2) Additional effort needed to complete it (different from your usual effort) 3) Additional know-how needed to complete it (something that you don't know yet, or you need to refresh the memory) 4) Smoothness of the process of doing the task 5) Less money then your time costs (let's say your normal hourly rate is 20 $ / hour, and the task in hand will take you 2 hours to complete it. Then you could say that this task cost 40 $ (for the 2 hours of your time). In our terms "Easier"​ would mean to help you complete the task for less than 2 hours and to cost you less than 40 $ We understand that the only resource that a person could never restore or re-gain is time. Once it is gone, it is gone forever. That's why we focus on giving you exactly that - time to do the important things for YOU and never spend priceless moments on thinking on details, missing know-how or correct sequence of the processes for the goal you are trying to achieve. Of course, we cannot promise to do your tasks for you, but what we can promise is that each tool that we provide has a specific set of goals to achieve and we stand by our words that you will meet those goals with our tools!
