Yarna Knitwear is a newly transformed company, standing on the foundations of over twenty five years of experience in the production of hand and machine-knitted garments. Over the years, we have been producing for many major European fashion brands and have created a diversified portfolio of products to satisfy any designer’s need. We use a big variety of techniques for two or one hooks or in combination with hand machines as well as industrial machines of gauge 3-12. Our specialities are Intarsia, Jacquard, Lace, Embrodiery. We have experience in executing multiple large-volume projects simultaneously for short periods of time, so that our client will have his full collection right in time for the season. Our hand-knitting team consists of over a hundred devoted craftswomen from underdeveloped regions of Bulgaria, who care about the knitting traditions and crafts they have inherited from their grandmothers. For us it is a duty and an honour to be able to support these women and their families, but also to encourage the preservation of their skills and the unique for each region techniques and designs and make sure they get passed on to the next generations.
