We are a Bulgarian private Crewing & Manning Agency started as a family business in 2009 with a head office based in Varna/Bulgaria. Our main activity is crew providing for different customers, operating with large range of vessels of any type as well as repair teams. Our business as per operation is divided in two branches: G&L Maritime Inc. – operating in Africa and UAE G&L Maritime Inc - 1. - operating in Europe We have acquired official license to operate as a Manning Agency according to the Bulgarian Law and in accordance with MLC 2006 and have proven ourselves in the offshore market for the past 8 years. We were part of many projects: Anchor handling, salvage, support, supply, guard, seismic DP, patrol etc. in most African countries for clients like ENI/BG/Polarcus/Progeco/Castor Vali / PGS/Petrobras/Petronas /FUGRO. We are currently co-operating with UK company providing crew for wind farm support vessels for a clients like RWE,VATTENFALL, E-ON,SIEMENS,VBMS and etc… We took the decision that our companies must grow and expand pool of shipowners , because we have the capacity, the knowledge and the skills to become reliable and stable partner, who could support every shipowner finding the right and skilled seamen 24/7 and on short notice. We have an extended database which contains Masters, Chief Mates, 2nd and 3rd Mates, Chief Engineers, Second Engineers, 3rd and 4th engineers, Electrical Engineers and ratings. All our seamen are STCW’78/95 certified experienced, English and Russian speaking and comply to ISM/STCW and IMO standards, with good references. Officers usually have 5 years education in Navigation or in Maritime Engineering, achieved in Naval Academy or Technical University. They have good experience on board vessels with multi-national crew. As manning agent we ensure solutions in screening, training, selection, attendance of medical fitness, sign on and off formalities, obtaining visas and etc.
