We are project management consultants, located in the cross-border region between Bulgaria and Romania, on the edge of the Danube river. We support the growth of clients and partners, providing tailor – made services to help them shape and implement their new project ventures. We are active in the private, public and non-profit sector where we support local actors to draft and successfully implement their development strategies. Our main client groups are the SMEs. We work alongside individual entrepreneurs, start-up companies, small ventures but also sustainable businesses in order to help them make a research, plan, start and successfully implement new projects. For our Bulgarian business clients we run a key subscription service: Up-to-date information on all sources of funding available in Bulgaria: grants, special loan offers, equity funding, venture capital, etc. For the NGOs we run a similar service. To public authorities and the non-profit sector we add value with our vast international project management experience. We have developed a wide network of organisations from all over Europe and beyond to initiate and manage transnational partnership projects in fields like SME development, employment promotion, business innovation, regional development, training and education, tourism, economic restructuring, environment, culture. We have particular expertise in cross-border cooperation and civil society, incl. NGO establishment and capacity building. Based on our experience and the contacts and connections developed, we are very well placed to be able to identify capable local partners thus assisting our international clients to find the best counterparts for their projects in Bulgaria and Romania.
