During the period of 1998 to 2008 the BCC functioned as a representative in Bulgaria of Carl Bro a/s, Denmark (now SWECO A/S). and gained sound experience in carrying out consultancy projects with higher requirements and international financing, where project management and implementation should comply with international and EU standards. In carrying out our projects we rely on broad knowledge of the various aspects of energy conservation in industry and in buildings, the construction practices on site, the EU requirements and the Bulgarian regulations and standards.
